Put another way, he must grow in courage to make mistakes, and unUke so many pohticians, he must not turn those mistakes into principles Out of freedom to accept volimtarily the best, can come the crowning of human dignity and enjoyment. I beUeve that if people can be helped to understand the nature of their own thinking and to be more aware of their power to influence the course of their own lives, they will develop a greater respect for them- selves. The greater respect they develop for them- selves and the more astute their awareness of their own thinking processes, the more respect and the more insight they ' ll develop into the way of other people. I firmly believe these factors are ultimately related to effective leadership and motivation and growth of the individual toward his goal.
