We are the Future Homemakers of America
We face the future with warm courage,
And high hope,
For we have the clear consciousness of seeking
Old and precious values.
For we are the builders of homes,
Homes for America's future.
Homes where living will be the expression of
everything
That is good and fair.
Homes where truth and love and security and faith
Will be realities, not dreams.
We are the Future Homemakers of America
We face the future with warm courage,
And high hope.

The Antlers High School gndmen started out in low,
shifted into second, and gathered speed up to the climax
of a football season which contained a three -way tie for
the east half of district 5-A.
A11-District honors fell to four of the Bearcat players,
Jonas Watson, halfbackg Vic Underwood, halfbackg
Robert Burton, end, and Bert Robertson, tackle.
The supporting players gave these boys their breaks,
and shared in their honors unselfishly.
The unsung heroes of the rose-strewn path to victory
are many, but certainly every student and teacher of
A, H, S, deserves a pat on the back for their undying
spirit and loyalty to the team and school.
