9 x CO. Cass This year the W. P. A. is serving a hot dish to all stu- dents who bring their lunches to school. In this way the students get more milk and vegetables in their diet than they would otherwise get and pay only a small sum for this valuable addition. One cook and two assistants prepare and serve the noon meal. Miss Fladen supervises the project, and Miss Hubatch has charge of an activity program after- wards that grade children enjoy. A typical week's menu is: Mondayflleqetable soup. Tuesday-Chili. Wednesday-Scalloped corn and fruit cup. Thursday-Baked beans and an apple. Friday-Scalloped corn and an orange.
