The Student Council's Three Busy 'B's ': Barb, Benny, and Bob. The members of the Anthony Wayne Student Council have been busy this year with the many and varied projects they have sponsored. The first large undertaking was the annual Mag- azine Drive which was successful once again this year. The profits were used to pay for a new stereo- phonic tape-recorder and risers for the vocal music groups. The Christmas dance for his year, Christmas Fantasy, was semi-formal, with music furnished by Frank Yurik and his orchestra. A few of the Council assemblies throughout the year centered around archery, studentconvention reports, facts about Russia, different holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter. Our Student Administration has done a fine job this year and has gone a long way toward giving its members experience in government on a small scale and developing the leadership ability possessed by its members. The officers for his year were the following: President--Benny Heilman Vice-President--Bob Burkett Sec.-Treas.--Barbara Lewis The Bulletin Board informs the students. Top Magazine Salesman was Carole Rogers right. Giving her a close race were June Will and Terry Gottschalk. A typical Student Council Meeting.
