PRGPI-IEC-Y In September of l9HM, 30 Ngreen freshiesn gathered in their home room to begin the journey through high school. Those who answered to robl call were: Dale Brandon, Craig Patterson Don Slyder, Pat Bailey Wayne Bankson, Harold Beisner, Phyllis Boyer, Phyllis Cain, Joan Dohse, Ruth Dunwoody, Pauline Fellers, Roger Harbison, Alice Heiser, Wanda Howell Bill Jenkinson Gene Jones Twila Leeper, Pat Long Clara Belle Miller, Marilyn Niswonger, Joanne Rose Joseph Subler, Wanda Subler Bill Thomas, Dwight Roberta Roll, Thomas,,Norma Warrick. Mr. John icers for the year, Dale Brandon, Pres., Craig Patterson Bard Sec. and Tres., Don Slyder, Reporter. Turner, Doris Warner, Dale Hoschouer, Pat G ower,and Harvey Jarrett was our sponser. The class elected the following off- 7 VioePres.,Kenneth Many activities attracted our attention during the year. Most of us joined the F.F.A., F.H.A., Band and other organizations. Soon we found ourselves the new occupants of the Sophmore Room. During this year we lost six members: Craig Patterson, Wayne Bankson, Joseph Sublar Harvey Warrick and Doris Warner. We welcomed tin new members, Robert Hlistand and Don Routzong. We elected the following officers for the year: Pat Long Rres., Harold Beisner, Vice Pres.,Wanda Howell, Sec. and Treas,. The year passed quickly. We exchanged gifts at Christmas. Ordered our class rings andenjoyed a party at the home of Mr. Jarrett. Many of us took part in the Operetta, nGyspy Troubodorn. Several of the boys went out for basketball and Joan Dohse was elected as onr of the Cheerleaders. Before long we were NJolly Juniorsn. There was 29 in the Junior Class. We welcomed Mrs. Neher as our new sponser. We warmly welcomed Helen Uhrick. Jim Hughes, Dick Millikan Joan Ganger. During the year we lost Gene Jones Dale Hoschouer, Dale Brandon, Phyllis Cain Pat Gower, Robert He1stand,Wand Howell, Gerald Pepple, Don Routzong and Bill Thomas. Our officers for the year were: Harold Beisner, Pres. Norma Turner, Vice. Pres., Roger Harbison, Sec. And Treas., Don Slyder, Reporter. 8. Harold Beisner and Jim Hughes played on the first basketball team. In October we were all very proud to receive our class ring We enjoyed putting this Wurster, directing it Staff. The Senior Class officers were: Jim Hughes, Pres., Harold Beisner, Vice Pres., Roger Harbison, Sec., Pat Bailey, Assistant Sec., Norma Turner, Treas. and Bill Jenkinson, Reporter. f Harold Beisner entered the Prince of Peace Contest. The class journey- ed to Union City, Ind. to have our pictures taken. We ordered name cards, graduation announcements and caps and gowns. We again presented our class play which was HThe Little Shepherd of Kingdom Comen and it was a great success.

JINGLES Bailey is a fine little lass She is never late to class. Kenny is a guy who is very kind He seems never to have a worry on his mind. Beisner is Mommy's boy What he needs is a little toy. Her name is Joanne, her hair is blond Of that guy Jim she's mighty fond. Joan is gal whose always full of fun And according to the teachers she's al ways on the run. Our Ruth is very keen Can always be heard if not seen. Polly she's called by all her friends When she's around fun never ends. Wanda she's called by all her friends A friends of all the guys and gals. Twila likes to have dates And they always show up late. Alice likes Wh1ttington's very well Could it be Dutch? Well who can tell? Marilyn is a girl like a daisy Some might think she is a little crazy. Jim likes his little Ford But the gals he can't afford. Don is a fellow, he's teased about such When it comes down to it, he's liked very much. Roger's car has hydromatic drive And with all the girls he really does jive. Bill likes to come to school But all he does is act like a fool. Birtie is a gal who would be lost If she didn't have Harold to boss. Rose likes to make people look when she is carrying all her books. Dwight likes to play basketball He also likes to roam the halls. A girl like Clara Belle can't be found Unless you look for miles around. Norma likes to go a lot And doesn't like to be apart. Pat who is Alice's pal Is such a short little gal.
