PRGPI-IEC-Y In September of l9HM, 30 Ngreen freshiesn gathered in their home room to begin the journey through high school. Those who answered to robl call were: Dale Brandon, Craig Patterson Don Slyder, Pat Bailey Wayne Bankson, Harold Beisner, Phyllis Boyer, Phyllis Cain, Joan Dohse, Ruth Dunwoody, Pauline Fellers, Roger Harbison, Alice Heiser, Wanda Howell Bill Jenkinson Gene Jones Twila Leeper, Pat Long Clara Belle Miller, Marilyn Niswonger, Joanne Rose Joseph Subler, Wanda Subler Bill Thomas, Dwight Roberta Roll, Thomas,,Norma Warrick. Mr. John icers for the year, Dale Brandon, Pres., Craig Patterson Bard Sec. and Tres., Don Slyder, Reporter. Turner, Doris Warner, Dale Hoschouer, Pat G ower,and Harvey Jarrett was our sponser. The class elected the following off- 7 VioePres.,Kenneth Many activities attracted our attention during the year. Most of us joined the F.F.A., F.H.A., Band and other organizations. Soon we found ourselves the new occupants of the Sophmore Room. During this year we lost six members: Craig Patterson, Wayne Bankson, Joseph Sublar Harvey Warrick and Doris Warner. We welcomed tin new members, Robert Hlistand and Don Routzong. We elected the following officers for the year: Pat Long Rres., Harold Beisner, Vice Pres.,Wanda Howell, Sec. and Treas,. The year passed quickly. We exchanged gifts at Christmas. Ordered our class rings andenjoyed a party at the home of Mr. Jarrett. Many of us took part in the Operetta, nGyspy Troubodorn. Several of the boys went out for basketball and Joan Dohse was elected as onr of the Cheerleaders. Before long we were NJolly Juniorsn. There was 29 in the Junior Class. We welcomed Mrs. Neher as our new sponser. We warmly welcomed Helen Uhrick. Jim Hughes, Dick Millikan Joan Ganger. During the year we lost Gene Jones Dale Hoschouer, Dale Brandon, Phyllis Cain Pat Gower, Robert He1stand,Wand Howell, Gerald Pepple, Don Routzong and Bill Thomas. Our officers for the year were: Harold Beisner, Pres. Norma Turner, Vice. Pres., Roger Harbison, Sec. And Treas., Don Slyder, Reporter. 8. Harold Beisner and Jim Hughes played on the first basketball team. In October we were all very proud to receive our class ring We enjoyed putting this Wurster, directing it Staff. The class journey- ed to Union City, Ind. to have our pictures taken. We ordered name cards, graduation announcements and caps and gowns. We again presented our class play which was HThe Little Shepherd of Kingdom Comen and it was a great success.
