DICK CHUDOBA Forwardg scored 570 pointsg led Naugatuck Valley League in scoringg one of Ansonia's best in years. 83 THE WILD ONES 84 " . , BASKETBALL Although our basketball team was not able to com- pile a very impressive record this season, our boys fought hard all the way and were able to come up with some praiseworthy upsets over more highly rated teams. Our record of 6-16 does not bring out the fact that many of the team's losses were by close scores. Faced with a revamped schedule which included 22 games instead of 18 and also hampered by graduation losses, Coach Jarvis did a good job of welding together a team, considering the difhculties- facing him.
