This involves maintaining service records of 42 officers and 7 24 enlisted personnelg operation and maintenance of material used in connection therewithg an educational program that offers USAFI courses, officers and enlisted correspondence courses and other matters of an essentially professional natureg the administration and accountability of ship's correspondence, directives and prep- aration of the Captain's-personal correspondenceg the ship's post office processing all out going and incoming mail.
