MAXINE L. BAUER: Maxine has been an enthusiastic club member as she has been a member of the Bowling, Table Tennis and Future Teachers Clubs. She is particularly interested in bowling and roller skating. Maxine has served as vice-president and treasurer of her homeroom. ln the future she plans to work and travel. BARBARA E. BEHNKE: Barbara, who is called Barb by her friends, came to Ann Arbor High School from Slauson Junior High. She ioined the Floriculture Club. Barb also belonged to the Bethlehem Church. Among her outside interests are the Hot Rod Races. After graduating she hopes to find a job as secretary. 4 MARY JANE BENNETT: Mary Jane came to us from Tappan Junior High. ln' her iunior year she was vice-president of her homeroom, and she served as its president in her senior year. She also participated ' g QS in the Sribblers' Club. Mary Jane has a keen interest in sports. She plans to work after high school. ig 3 'V ' Q ANN E. BIGBY: Ann belonged to Bowling, Table Tennis and Wash- f ington Clubs. She served two semesters on Student Council and was I a Washington Club representative. ln her senior year Ann was elected 'A L -'A president of Cantando. She plans to attend Michigan State College after graduation. WILLIAM A. BLOM: Before coming to Ann Arbor High School, Bill attended University High. At AAHS he ioined the Rifle Club. Besides his school activities Bill had a iob at Sears and Roebuck Co. BiIl's outside interest is woodworking. He plans to go to Michigan State College and take a course in forestry. I RONALD L. BODDY: At AAHS Ron belonged to the Science Club. He is very interested in swimming, and he won a letter for managing our swimming team. One of his outside interests is the unusual one of skin diving. Ron plans to take up chemical engineering in college. sv B' CAROLI. E. BOYCE: Caroll acted as secretary of her homeroom for , a semester and also served on the Assembly Committee. She par- ticipated in Washington Club, Rifle Club, Art Club and Square Dance Club. Outside of school Caroll was active in Junior Achievement. She plans to attend Western Michigan College. PAULA J. BRADBURY: Paula was both vice-president and secretary rr i' of her homeroom. She also served on Student Council. Paula was I interested in clubs and ioined the Future Nurses Club and the Bowling Club. Some of her outside interests include square dancing, bowling -, . and reading. Q DOUGLAS J. BRIEF: Before coming to Ann Arbor High School Doug attended Tappan Junior High School. While in high school he was on the COT program and was employed at the S. S. Kresge Company. His outside interests include hunting, skating and skiing. His future plans .are indefinite. CAROL A. BROOKS: Carol came to Ann Arbor High School from Slauson Junior High School. She was on the Red Cross Committee while in high school. Carol belonged to the West Side Methodist Church Choir. Her hobbies are swimming, ice skating and playing the piano. After graduation Carol plans to work. CYNTHIA G. BROWN: At Ann Arbor High, Cindy was on the Omega, sq the Assembly Committee and the Washington Club. ln her iunior year, she won state and national recommendation for a script she wrote. She has received letters in script writing and band. Cindy plans to attend college after graduation. DONALD R. BROWN: Don participated in the Table Tennis, Bowling and Washington Clubs, He was president of his homeroom during his iunior year. Don also took part in the band, and was a member of both the tennis and swimming teams, and won a letter in swim- ming. Don plans to go to the Engineering School at the U. of M. after graduation. JAMES L. APOSTOLAKIS: Jim was an enthusiastic member of clubs as he joined the Table Tennis, Rifle, and Archery Clubs. During his sophomore and junior years he played in the orchestra. He was also on the Assembly Committee during his junior year. Jim plans to attend the University of Michigan. Athletic Club. She was elected-Student Council representative of her homeroom. BAFS: Carl came to AAHS from University High School at , .153 Y the beginning of his senior year. His outside interests include ,fs . BAIRD: Bob was the drum major of the Ann Arbor High 2. M K! l kb' School band and received a band letter. His favorite sports were ' 'Y ., ,Nl tennis and swimming, He was a member of the Harmonica Club and ' X -' Assembly Committee. Bob also took part in Junior Achievement. JERRY L. BAKER: At AAHS Jerry participated actively in sports and 114 won letters in football and basketball. He served on three class executive boards, as president of A Cappella and president of his homeroom. Jerry also was an officer of the Washington Club. His future plans include college. BARBARA M. BARCLAY: Barb was an active member of GAC and served on the GAC executive board. She belonged to A Cappella, Washington Club, and Chefs' Club. Barb was a member of the Senior executive board, Presidents' Committee, secretary of the Student Council, and secretary of her sophomore class. Barb plans to attend the U. of M. School of Music. NANCY J. BARR: Nancy comes to us from Tappan Junior High School and took an active part in Girls Chorus, Chefs' Club and . Washington Club. She has also served on the Assembly Committee. Nancy especially likes swimming. She plans to attend college after , graduation from high school. MARILYN A. BARSANTEE: Marilyn was an active club member as R -., V , she joined the Girls Athletic Club, Washington Club, Bowling and 3 Square Dance Clubs. She served her homeroom as treasurer. She , especially likes ice skating and swimming. Marilyn plans to attend business college after graduation. P N S H5 yl I JOANNE L. BATESON: Jo came to AAHS from Tappan Junior High School. She was a member of Record Club, Washington Club and Cantando. Joanne has been on the honor roll most of the time. She participated in Girls Athletic Club. She' plans to study teaching at Michigan State Normal College. GEORGE J. BATSAKES: In high school George participated in a Kwik- , variety of activities. Some of them included football, track and Hi-Y. He received honors in these activities. He was a member of the A Cappella Choir and president of his homeroom.
