The purpose of the Pep Club is to promote good school spirit and sportsmanship among the students of Andrew Lewis High School and to support the team at all games. The main activity of the Pep Club is the sponsorship of the Homecoming Parade. This year was the greatest yet, with prizes going to the FFA, Beta Club, and Junior class for the winning floats. Another activity of the club could be witnessed almost any Fri¬ day afternoon during the fall season at the football stadium -—■ that of decorating the goal posts. And, of course, the promotion of good will is most important to this organization. 121
