Li’l Andy got checked six times. 2 .Assembly with group singing in charge of Mrs. Perry. Kin Li’l Andy sing! 4.Sports Club shindig after football game. Li’l Andy loved this. 15.Pioneer Staff announced. Li’l Andy voted main character. 18.’Nother shindig for Lewis and Lane High after game. Li’l Andy wuz thar. 22.First six weeks’ report. Li’l Andy haided for tall timbers. 30.Flalloween program by Music, Public Speaking and Industrial Arts Departments. Li’l Andy wuz scairt. 15 .Beta Club Installation. Li’l Andy wisht he wuz smart. 27.Assembly by Mrs. Perry and Choral Club. School closed for Thanksgiving. Li’l Andy absent cause of turkey shootin’. 9.Movie, “In Old Chicago.” Li’l Andy liked talkin’ picktur. 11 .Play, “A Ghostly Evening.” Li’l Andy thought it wuz good. 18.Christmas holidays started. Li’l Andy rarrin’ to go huntin’ fer mistletoe. 6 .School reopened after two extra days holiday. Li’l Andy in jovial mood. 10.Seniors took a trip to Richmond. Li’l Andy had a rip- roarin’ time. Hit was edukashunal, too. 29.Exams over. First day of new term. Li’l Andy has lost jovial mood. 14.Leona Flood, violinist, gave concert. Li’l Andy thought she wuz purty, played purty, too. 18 .Annual Follies and Squar’ Dance. Li’l Andy took part and enjoyed himself emensly. 3 .Alexander Trio gave program. Li’l Andy allays did like indivigiality. 7 .Basketball team left for state semi-finals. Pep assembly. Li’l Andy shore is hopeful. 12 .Beta Club’s spring installation. Li’l Andy couldn’t git in ’cause bars shot don’t count. 19 .Mr. Kershner spoke on Europe. Li’l Andy agreed with him. 27.Operetta by Music Department. Li’l Andy came and hummed right along with them songs. 16 .Latin Club and Home Economics Club put on fashion show. Li’l Andy still likes his ol’ duds. Li’l Andy’s done come to tote this off to the printin’ office, so here’s what’ll be brewin’ from now on: Latin Club Faculty Tea. 2.Latin Club Formal. 7.Choral Club Banquet. Sacred Concert. 28.Junior-Senior Prom. Exams! Li’l Andy is sharp’nin’ his pencil already. 6.Senior Play, “Death Takes A Holiday.” Spooky! 8-9.Baccalaureate Sermon—Commencement. Li’l Andy will be at all these here shindigs and will even have his red-checkered hankurchif out commencement nite to sniff good-bye to ol’ A. L.
