Doyen GIRL ' S SOFTBALL We had a successful year under the management of Miss Milledge, Even though we lost Raylene Learned and Sharon Fitzherbert, we hope to do even better with our new coach, Mrs. Johnston. LeBlanc CHEERLEADERS The cheerleaders had a busy and active season, We cheered at all the League games both at home and away. The games were all so ex- citing and our boys did such a fine job that it made our task easy. . , it is always fun to cheer for a team that has so much spirit. Through the efforts of Mrs. Johnston, we acquired new uniforms. These were green circle skirts and vests worn with long sleeved white blouses . Next year we hope to cheer our team on to the top of the league.

White, D. Cushing BOY ' S BASEBALL During the 19 59 baseball season, we worked hard but won only one of our games. We hope to do much better in I9 60. We are all looking forward to spring training and our first game. Learned, J, Ladd, and H. Morton, who graduated last year. In the class B meet we lost heavily in slalom and could not regain suf- ficient points in the remaining events to overtake Farmington. This year ' s meets were as follows: Mexico Carnival Farmington Carnival Class B meet Class A meet Andover Carnival 2nd place 3rd place Znd place last place cancelled Winners of individual honors this year were Wayne Morton and Mike Feener. Wayne, who won the Class B x-Country this year, is a sophomore: his next two years show much promise for both Class A an ' Eastern Competition. We hope to have new members next year to strengthen the team.
