zce 9314122 C400 ART L. GAINES A WORD FROM OUR VICE PRINCIPAL The eloquent and enthusiastic manner, in which those responsible for this publication have gone about their assignment, has been both satisfying and gratifying from this point of view. You have kept pace favorably with other projects of our school and at the same time set new examples for others to follow in future years. The school occupies a place in the community that has not been surpassed by any other service institution. The attitude of individuals toward the school is a human reflection of the school that has been fixed in their minds over a period of years or at the climax of a series of events or occasions. Whether an individual looks upon the school with pride, or whether with disgust, this attitude stems from the impression that the school has made upon him and the public in general. I am delighted to be a part of and endorse your worthy efforts to motivate school spirit and pride in our student body.
