The following school records were broken: Richard Rivard Dan Pauli Richard Rivard Richard Rivard 120 high hurdles--17 440 yard dash ----- 58.1 180 low hurdles---22.9 shot put ------ 43'6-1f2 1960 Gerald Hicks, George Torney, James Thompson, Art Hoffman, Dan Paull, Richard Rivard, Stan Biebuyck, Bob Gies, James Shaw, Larry Horton, Coach John Laurent. The track squad placed fifth in the Conference Meet at Memphis on May 12. Team Captain Dan Paull was a letter winner and second on the list of point earners with 40 points. Richard Rivard led with 54 followed by lettermen Greg Schuster 12-2f3, John Funk 10-2f3, Richard Burr 7-2f3, and Bob Gies 4-3f4. The thinclads lost seven men through graduation.
