Andrew Carnegie has said, uit is from personal experience that
I feel that there is no human arrangement so powerful for good,
there is no benefit that can be bestowed upon a community so
great, as that which places within the reach of all the trea-
sures of the world which are stored up in books.H In this
issue of the Anahuaconian are many treasures for our school
family. My sincerest thanks to the staff and the sponsor for
this service to our school life.
P R I N C I P A L ' S M L S 5 A G I
TO THE STAFF AND SPONSOR:
In behalf of all students, ex-students, and faculty
members of the Anahuac Schools we wish to extend a
hearty Hthank youu for a task well done. You have made
apermanentwritten record of many of our happiest days
in school, and for that we are deeply grateful.
Your efforts have required much study, planning, and
sacrifice of time, but you have the satisfaction which
comes only from looking back upon a task well done.
May you continue to achieve even greater things, and
may you find as much jqv in looking through this l9A8
NAnahuaconianH as we who read it find. -
