TERRY f if BOARD OF TRUSTEES ANAHEIM UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT Controlling the educational policies and acting as the governing body of the district are the functions of the capable Board of Trustees. Although the board members are selected by the people, they are volunteer workers and receive no material compensation for their efforts. Six secondary schools come under the jurisdiction of the board- Anaheim High, Western High, Brookhurst Junior High, Fremont Junior High, Orangeview Junior High, and Trident Junior High. The board controls the activities and functions on these school campuses. Providing for expenses of the district, approving employment of all district personnel, and supporting the school administrators and student leaders are further duties of the board. Members of this dedicated group of citizens are Raymond B. Terry, president, and Lois D. Warwick, Royal C. Marten, Don R. Langson, and Ben H. Shroeder.
