Disney Spirit Shines In Volleyba ollowing weeks of preparation, hard work, and suspenseful games, our Pirates finished the season with a record to be proud of. Eighth graders were a hit. They had a record of 6 wins, nine losses. The most val- uable players were Rebecca Ampara- no, Taifa Hall, Barbie Johnson, and Bernadette Cardenas. The most im- proved were Wendy VanDeusen, Pam Broccoletti, Dianna Levy, Erica Scott, and Esther Casillas. Overall record for Considering the unusually large number of team players, I saw the most individual improvement in skill level. seventh grade was 9 wins, 5 losses. The most valuable players were Maria Rodriguez and Michelle Price. The most improved were Cam Friend and Robin Preciado, the most spirited were Tera Thompson and Kirsten Silberschlag. The record was 1 win to 8 losses for the overflow team. Most valuable players were Stacey Slonaker and Stacey Lybeck.
