On Thursday every band was on every kind of t-shirt one can think of. The lunch event was a tug- of-war. Wednesday, twins day, was quite confusing because there were so many doubles. The egg toss was the lunch time event. Thursday was green and white day. Friday was 50 ' s day with the girls wearing poo- dle skirts and the guys with tight jeans and their hair greased back. The very successful pep assembly was an hour and a half long. During this time the homecoming king was announced. The jitterbug contest had a twisted start but finished smoothly for the Seniors who took first place, but the Freshmen sure gave each class a run for its money coming in a close second. The Sen- iors also won the hall decoration and float contest. The pep assem- bly, along with A-week, helped to arouse the crowd for the game that night. m ■» « UNKIN '
