A committee of students drew up a Constitution for a Student Body Organization. It was duly ratified by a majority of the students, who then elected the first workable Student Council in the history of this high school. It is the duty of said Council to promote student activities and to represent the student body in its policies. It is a vital part of school life, for the Student Council is the representative group of the entire student body. 32 35. MElxlllliRS Ol: SENIOR LSLEE CLUB: P. Barnett, M. Coyle, M. lfaulkner, B.
