They walked these halls a first time, same as we. Everything so huge and unfamiliar. The ways of the world are all new to them too, This is high school and they aren't sure just how they will do. This is a place where learning is yearned And soon they will know that grades have to be earned School for them will become a time of discovery, There are new teachers, friends, and skills to learn. An overwhelming amount of fun, but we have got to remember There's work to be done. The sports and the clubs will be all fun and games. The years will fly by just the same.
