The club consisted of approximately 30 talented students who devoted many, many hours aimed toward per- fection of what has been called 'one of the finest Amityville productions' For the past two years the Drama club has sponsored an excursion to the 7'Q?4, fs? Wheeler, R. Ober, G, Rabinowitz, D. Gorgoni, E. Willenbrock The Ski club, under the direction of Sally Pemberton and Jamie Capl- es, had a very enjoyable 76-77 sea- son. The numerous snow storms and the low temperatures, combine to give us excellent ski conditions all winter. We saw something all skiers pray for - snow! Our first trip was to Catamount, in Hillsdale, New York. We had ex- cellent conditions, and a great time was had by the beginners as well as the 'experts'. Due to the low tem- perature, many club members 'cheated' and spent most of the day in the lodge sitting around the fire. Our second excursion was an over- nite trip to Bratteboro, Vermont. We skiied at Mt. Snow for two days and had lots of fun. The club also tried to get in some 'spring' skiing toward the end of the season.
