Stnctent Govefrnvnent From left: C. Doherty, M. Doerner, N. Kretz, J. Ianno, Mr. Galli The Student Government, under the direction of faculty advisor, Mr. T. Galli, started the school year with the selling of GO cards. Spectator buses to away football, soccer and basketball games were arranged. This year's Spirit Week was a tremendous success, with posters, pep rally, 50's day, costume day, and ending on Saturday with the Homecoming Parade. The posters in the halls added to the festivities in school. Senior class won the twenty-five dollar prize for the posters and spirit. On Saturday morning, there was a parade through the village with the class floats, band, twirlers and cheerleaders, as well as the finalists for the homecoming Queen. The Senior class won the prize awarded for the best fioat and Jamie Caples was named Homecoming Queen. The Student Government, in order to bring the School Board closer to the students, met with Mr. B. Schwarz, then president of the board, and Mr. N. Ober, Superintendent of Schools. These talks let the Student Government learn more about the School Board and also made the School Board more aware of what was going on at the High School.

Row 1, Left to Right: B. Robinson - Co-Editor, Miss E. Berning - Advisor, F. Sullivan - Co-Editor, F. Seaman, M. Riscoe Row 2: M. Stewart - Assistant Editor, J. Little, C. Cannon Each year the WARRIOR staff is faced with the task of choosing a certain theme for their yearbook. This year the WARRIOR '77 was faced with the same task. Like the past years we wanted a theme that would reflect on our years in school, a theme that would help us to remember the good times and the obstacles we had to overcome to reach our goals. The best and only way we felt this could be accomplished was to have our fellow classmates express their feelings in their own special way - whether it be art work or a poem. I feel this was the best choice and I'm sure you will agree. Special thanks are given to many people who are responsible for WARRIOR '77. Your contribu- tions are greatly appreciated. All the hours of hard work and many headaches were mixed with much laughter and a lot of good times that will never be forgotten. Along with my co-editor Reina Sullivan, I would like to again thank those who helped. A special thank you goes to the one we could not have done without, the one who spent many hours, listened to and solved many problems, and worked right along with us to get this book ready for you. I am sure you know, I am talking about Miss Berning - Thank you. Much happiness, Betty Robinson Co-Editor WA RRI OR
