E WL Dr. George Small American Christian College proudly and sincerely dedicates the 1975-76 One Nation Under God issue of the Torchbearer to a man who is known and loved by all, Dr. George D. Small. Retiring after six years of faithful service to the college, Dr. Small's absence will surely leave a void in the administration. Dr. Small not only taught classes in psychology but used his knowledge and understanding of the human mind to help students in need and encourage fellow workers. He was rarely found in his office alone, for students and faculty members sought him out with problems, official business, or just someone to visit with. It is to Dr. Small that A.C.C. owes a note of appreciation for the many hours he spent in getting our college ready to meet North Central Accreditation standards. Dedicating his personal life to his lovely wife, Catherine, to books-his livelihood, to Ironside -his enjoyment, and to American Christian College and its people, Dr. Small retires as a man of great respect and dignity. We thank Dr. Small for giving of himself so freely, and especially for being a friend to all. God bless you, Dr. Small. What else can we say, but Ho Ho Ho!
