E N 0 CLA The year nuneteen hundred and forty three sees the clumax of the career of the present day senuors The ruse of the class of 43 was comet luke un uts orugun and brulluance lts members began as uncon spucuous sophomores yet theur sulent serv uce was a great contrubutung factor to the success of the 43 actuvutues As uunuors theur servuce began to gaun more recognu tuon They alone were accountable for the success of the Junuor Class play The Whole Town s Talkung and the dance of the year the Prom They also became very actuve un the work of the Senate Student Court and other student organuzatuons But funally as senuors wuth eleven years of hard work and study behund them they took over the leadershup of the Senuor Hugh School Presudent of the Senate and the hugher offucuals of the Student Court were select ed from the 43 s ranks As edutors of the Sulhouette and Brudger uts members showed theur abuluty to wrute and manage The boys and gurls patrols elected theur captauns from the senuor class Boys who had profuted by two years of hard traunung shot baskets hut homers and ran touchdowns and un general were the players who led A H S s teams to vuc tory But all these successes would have been umpossuble wuthout the complete success cf the leadershup of the class utself and Muss Althauser our advuser At the be gunnung of the year Charles Curosdeck was elected to the presudency of the class of 43 In January he resugned hus post un favor of becomung a freshman at Putt and Jack Kemp was chosen for the vacant offuce George Modrovuch lrene Lusuc and George Pavlakovuch served the enture year as vuce presudent secretary and treas urer respectuvely For a member of the class of 43 one can make no better wush than he mught have as much success un the future as he has had un the last three years ASS OFFICER George Modrovuch, Irene Lusuc, Chorles Grosdeck, George Povlokovuch . , . , . 11 11 - - - - - - - - 1 ' ' 1 .
