A musical comedy, 'Swinging Highf' was presented by the senior class. The Yellow Jacket Dance Band provided the musical accompaniment. Mr. Cecil Rusk, band director, Miss Janet Culber- son, and Mrs. Jo Bennett, drama coaches, directed the casting. The play ran for two evenings, March 15th and 16th, having large audiences both nights. Members of the cast were: Frank Emert, Sharon Wellbo1'n, Ricki Jacobs, 'Carole Botter, Bill Ennis, Mary Ann Leedy, Rene Pettiet, Jim Rutledge, and Lawrence Guess. First Musical Mr, McDuff, Frank Ernert, and Connie, Sharon Wellborn, were dazed as the chemistry experiment exploded.

Senior boys watched as Charlie Truksa displayed his skill at yo-yoing. Good Old Days Relived . . Senior students let the thoughts of the past dominate their minds, as costumes of various colors and de- signs, stuffed animals, Wagons, and lolly-pops were seen on Kid Day. The activities began with a skit at lunch time followed hy a parade of costumes. Judges chose the cutest couple, the cutest girl, and the cutest boy. After the parade, the students walked over to the park for a picnic and games. The day was ended by a skating party given that night. Seniors Enjoy Childhood Experiences Art Linkletter, alias Doctor Thompson, asked several students questions like those heard on television. 30 Kid Day activities were chaperoned by senior mothers.
