Assemblies both humorous and serious were a source of en- joyment for all students. Students Interests Widen . Various types of assemblies were presented throughout the school year. These consisted of the presentation of athletic and academic awards as Well as assemblies planned and presented by the student body. One of the more popular assemblies is Student Government Day. The student body is divided into two political parties each choosing candidates to run for county offices. Each party presents a skit trying to win votes for their candidates.
