YQ p M I 5 Tp if I 3 1 v f' 1 Eleven weary years have passed since a group of tiny tots went wobbling up to some school house to begin their long re- membered school days. These tiny tots are now just practically ready to lick the world. We, the Juniors, are mighty proud of our class. Among the outstanding students of our group are those who have sacrificed the tomfooling of their youth and have joined the armed forces of the United States. Many of our best friends have gone to the war. As an example of our prowess, we can tell of the long hard battle which was fought to place 'Boozien Howard on the throne as Football Queen. In athletics we have held the spotlight with three of the first string basketball team being Juniors. A1- though none of us fared so well in football, many stars are ex- pected to come from next year's team. At the football banquet at the last of the season, Bobby Hyde was elected captain taking the honored crown and title from Gillespie. Our officers this year are all boys, Bobby Hyde is Presi- dent, and Tommy Balenti is Secretary-Treasurer. This year has been filled with fun and frolic, and it is with sorrow in our hearts that we leave the Junior Class of '43
