During the year the Senior class un- selfishly sponsored a dance to raise funds for the care of an orphan in Europe. Al- though they did not reach their goal, they made a contribution of over S100 to the Foster Parents Plan for War Children. Among the class's other activities was the Football Frolic held at the jewish Memori- al center. HOME ROOM REPRESENTATIVES ll- von ever wondered where that person was going when he left the room unquestioned in thi1'd period, don't he ulzlrined. The amswer to this regular departure is this: that student is going to the home room reprcseiitutives' meeting to discuss school proh- lems amd make suggestions. The results of the meet- ing are transferred hv the representative to you in the home room. This makes everv representative feel his responsihilitv for the welfare of the school and to his fellow students. It also gives everv home room am opportunity to he represented in the Student Coun- cil Under the direction of Miss Kathryn Bloomfield, these students have rendered many indispensable vices and suggested home room programs such us citi- zenship, hoy und girl relations, high school life, school spirit, amd munv others.
