He paused and drew back his shoulders. "I have been waiting long to say this." It will do you no good, john, she wished to say. But still, let him pay. 'LYour performance tonight" . . He paused. "Yes, John?" she encouraged rather breathlessly. "Darling," he said softly, L'You were lousy." EWU-- Serious: "What do you do when all the world is gray and gloomy?" Smart: "I deliver the milk." --O-- Radio stations should start off the morning broadcast with : "Who left the radio on all night?" Sharkey: "I'll have you know I'm nobody's baby."
