members are representative girls chosen from the leaders of the student body During its existence
Miss Carolyn Wempen has been the faculty sponsor since the organization was formed
In addition to its routine services the Council was chiefly responsible for sponsoring the first dlscussion
of a Student Council which was later turned over to Miss Paul and the counselor groups
