To promote creative writing .ability in the high school is the aim of the Creative Writing Club organized
in 1931 by Miss Lauretta Paul To accomplish this end the club affords members the opportunity
to write and discuss matters pertaining to literary writing The club sponsors school wide contests
contributions handed in are entered in the club s magazine Wings which in the past his been well
received With the new policy of publishing the magazine through student efforts alone the club offers
the member a diversified field for artistic expression

room there is space for drying prints and films and for meeting In the inner darkroom the actual
printing and dexelopang work goes on The cluh also keeps two windows filled with prints taken hy
in the lihrary in the form of a Salon The pictures are the choice prints ofthe different memhers
