Newspaper Staff Produces Fine School Publication After financial troubles terminated the printing of our ”Crusader”, the staff under Sister Angelita pulled a rabbit out of a hat. The paper survived through the combined efforts of the Student Body and the Paper Staff. A school-wide subscription drive, backed by the Crusader Spirit, retained for us one of our major spirit-instilling source. The National Honor Society of Althoff High School has participated in a Film Festi¬ val with the Notre Dame Honor Society this year. There were five movies shown at Notre Dame ' s Annunciation Hall Auditorium for N.H.S. members and other interested stu¬ dents. The movies were: Advise and Con¬ sent”, Cyrano deBergerac”, CitizenKane”, ”Grapes of Wrath”, and The Chalk Garden. ” Mr. George Podorski took over as moder¬ ator of the ACHS N.H.S. chapter in Feb¬ ruary of this year. He hopes to transform the N.H.S. into an active and vital organi¬ zation. Discussion after the film strip.
