YCS Produces A ctiue Leadership Father Baenen ' s cell in a weekly discussion. The purpose of the Young Christian Students (Y.C.S.) is to pro¬ vide a vehicle for considering and discussing some of the problems in our society which we, on the student level, can help to solve. Thus the Y.C.S. groups not only carry on discussions, but also de¬ cide on some course of action with regard to the problems they consider. The several large Y.C.S. cells which Althoff has in prog¬ ress are therefore a testament to student interest in society and its faults. As one member presents the topic, the others prepare for discussion.
