It will be long remembered for its part in school activities. Among the abilities of this class we find good athletes, vocalists and instrumentalists, and also cheerleaders. Many of the school organizations, as Scarlet and Black Staff, F.H.A., and GAA. have found capable leaders among its members. During their high school life, they enjoyed many special occasions, as Junior and Senior Banquets, Skip Day, springing the junior class colors, as well as many school dances, Homecoming and class plays. Under the guidance of a helpful school faculty, this class reached the final step in their high school education. They were the first class to grad- uate from the new gymnasium. We had three new authors to aid us in writing this chapter. They were DarLeen Swanson, Kenneth Hallengren, and Jack Prunty. We lost two ot our authors to other places. They were: Norman Hand, and Donald O'Bannon. Our Eighth Chapter was the last of the first section ot our book. We found we had lost Roberta Smith, and the Wittmaack twins, but we also gained tour new authors. Our new authors were: Norbert Huseman, Larry Matzdorff, Donald McGowan, and Kenneth Hallengren. This chapter con- cludes Part l of our book. Part ll takes place in the High School Assembly. As we look into the doors we find that although we have lost four authors we have also gained seven, called "The Hanover Gang." They were: Shirley Huseman, Jo Ann Hinkeldey, Marie Glienke, Loretta Fahr, Dwaine Hinkeldey, Arlin Hinkel- dey, and Franklin Koth. We were helped by Miss Joan Williams, and Mr. Melvin Samuelson. Atter a vacation which seemed very short we again started to write. This chapter was were. the Zesiger guidance ot Miss three new authors Chapter Ten. We had four writers not returning. They twins, Floyd Bell and Kenneth Hallengren. Under the Doris Champ and Stanley Strudthott, and the help ot Mary Lou Faust Beverly Zinn, and Don Breytogle we completed the chapter and got another much needed vacation One of the longest chapters of our book is the Eleventh Chapter This was written with the help of three new authors Dean Kent Kenneth Hal lengren and Irma Schleef We were helped with this chapter by Robert Cnamm and Miss Ella Mae McDermott and we were without tne aid of Mary Lou Faust Larry Matzdorff Franklin Koth and Don Breytogle Our last and most important chapter was written under tne able direc tion of Mr Arnold Hammond We were also without the assistance of Jo Ann Hinkeldey and Beverly Zinn Our newest author was Phil Hamand All in all we have tried to write a very good book The authors who helped write the introduction and all twelve chapters are Gerald Christensen Madeliene Grienke Sally Hetrick Morris Johnson Lowell Lichtenberg Richard Peterson Verlyn Porter Lawrence Turnquist Keith Wall and Rich ard Williams THE END Fxonl Row DarLeen Swanson M me Glienke Frxnu P rlu Rich cl P I 1 C it r Cexxld Lhri ccund R vs Mr F' ller Lxvmreme T inqulsl B xerlx 'N 1 lxlu in Sxllw Hetrxck Irma Schleet JoAnn Hansen J an E. old!
