J.V. Basketball The junior varsity team had an impressive winning season with a 14-1 record. They beat two 'A' schools during their season and took a first place trophy in the Alsea Christmas Tournament. Coach Dan Winney believed that the team was strong not only on the five starters, but also on the bench. He also thought they rebounded well and had solid passing. They had a desire to work hard, had class, guts, and were willing to pay the price, said Winney.
