BASKETBALL The JV's showed a lot of growth this year. We started out disorganized, and got it together as a team unit toward the middle of the season. This year's team has a lot to offer the varsity basketball team next year, said Coach Shoshin. The JV's had a record of 11 wins and 11 losses. The team worked well togetherg there was no dissension, and all members displayed good sportsmanship. The outlook for next year is good because there is a lot of potential in this year's freshmen, who didn't get to play much this year. The most valuable player was David Free with 227 points. He was also the team captain and floor leader. Steve Free was the most improved player. The player with the most rebounds was Keith Lee-289. Austin Irwin had the most steals - 43. Paul Pearson got the most assists: he averaged 3.7 points per game. -1313'- ji 4 pai.. Above: Keith Lee scores. Lower left: David Free goes up for a shot.
