N., ln the greatest respect and sincere affection we dedicate this yearbook to our Principal, Ward W. Shults. Mr. Shults came to Alma High School as principal in early 1936. His training included an A. B. at Heidelberg College and an M. A. from the University of Michigan, with Work at Columbia University. He stands high in Alma High School as a great friend of the students in whom they have absolute trust. The slogan has long been true that- lf you have troubles and need help, here is a friend. His Work as a religious, educational and civic leader is outstanding.
