SOCIAL ACTIVITIES HE students formally gathered for the fnrst dance of the year whnch was held nn the gymnasnum Musnc was furnished by Mnlt Lowey and hls orchestra Parents were Invited to the dance and they were accom modated at the school for the week end Slnce thus begunnmg there have been parties and dances almost monthly The climax of the year wnll f course be the Sensor Farewell which wall be held at the Lehlgh Country Club The Parents Organuzatuon has sponsored several socnal events for the school These events have particularly appealed to the younger boys To one party held In the wmter tnme the entlre student body was mvuted but the These partaes are usually under the dlrectlon of Mrs I-I L Keuper The Muhlenberg Auxullary was entertalned by the school during the rr-onth of Aprul After an entertaunment presentatron by the students the members Inspected the dormltory rooms and a commlttee of them selected the best room The football banquet was the occaslon for the awarding of the letters A few of the alumna returned for the evening and some of the parents were present One more banquet lungers In the mmd of every student Thls was practlcally the last meal the students had together before the Easter holidays when the school orchestra staged a performance In addltlon to the regular afternoon schedule every Saturday the smaller poys were taken on a doggie roast to Hess farm They hiked part of the dns tance but the group were only too eager to rude back ms :sr :sr in, Emi :nm an :rs :rr EIEILIJ C I h O 1 3 . - ' O last one which was held during May was restricted to the dormitory students. 44' I I I I
