Second Row-Jerry Andrews, Keith Lloeffer, Jack Johnson, Jessie Osmon, Roy Hipsher, Bill Simmons, Joe I-Iolson, Jack Wampler, Gail Cisel, Mr. Stoltz. This year we have had a very good team. Most of our boys are from the seventh grade. We believe that we will have a much better year next year but we think that this has been a very progressive year for the grade school. None of the boys were on either the first or second teams last year. Mr. Stoltz is our coach and we must say a very good one. Our manager is Jerry Andrews. Officers elected for the club by the grade school on November 5, 1948 were as follows: President, Mary Alice Rodgers, Vice-President, Mary King, Secretary- Treasurer, Carolyn Dudley. Mrs. Dunkel was chosen as sponsor of the club. In December the club ordered Pep Club pins with a basketball on them. They have been very faithful in supporting their team both at home and away.

ELEMENTARY ACTIVITIES 10' BASKETBALL We are very proud of our basketball squad this year. Most of our players are in the seventh grade. Mr. Stoltz is our coach. Our manager is Jerry Andrews. We began the season with no one left from last year's first or second teams. None of our players are very large but they have the power to fight and fight hard.
