' Second Row-Mary Ann Prout, Stanley Webb, Beth Wolfe, Betty Carey, Joan Price, Dick Breen, Edith Polk. Third Row--Margaret Osmon, Edith Thompson, Carolyn Trimble, Wilma Hussey, Alicia Beasley, Darlene Davis. A new assortment of books were bought by the library staff. We also had the privilege of reading bookmobile books. We all enjoyed keeping accurate records of the books and keeping the library clean. LATIN CLUB 0 Left to Right: First Row--Joan Price, Betty Carey, Ann Madden, Patty Alka, Edith Polk, Dorothy Goodwin, Miss Yarber. Second ,Row-Jo Ann Brinkley, Margaret Osmon, Irene Mills, Ruth Reed, Helen Reed, Diane King, June Spray, Don Price. Third Row-Larry Potts, Mary Ann Prout, Darlene Davis, Stanley W. Webb, Patsy Buchanan, Lettie Potts, Alicia Beasley, The Latin Club was organized at the first of the year with Miss Yarber as sponsor. Officers were elected as follows: President, Diane Kingg Vice-President, June Spray, Secretary-Treasurer, Larry Potts. Larry resigned near the end of the first semester and Darlene Davis was elected to take his place. It was decided that meetings would be held the first Monday of each month. Various reports concerning Romans and Ancient times were given at each meeting. The club has been trying to raise money for a Roman banquet which will be held in the spring.
