FRESHMAN CLASS HISTORY '33 September, 1946, ushered in the class of 1950. Twenty-seven strong, which is a rather large freshman class. Starting off with this record, the freshmen upheld it by entering several of their number in basketball and other extracurricular activities. Our News Nest representa- tives were Joan Price and B-eth Wolfe. Don Mann, Ryland Webb, Gene Johnson. and Dick Breen were names that appeared in the basketball line up from our class. These names appearing often on the honor roll were Robert Adams, Betty Carey, Diane King, Harold Payne, Edith Polk, Joan Price, Ryland Webb, and Beth Wolfe. We started our social program of the year with a party during the fourth week of school. In Fe'h1u.::y we had another party. At cur first party we played many games and had other forms of entertainment. At our second party we attended a movie at Mt. Carmel. Both of our parties were great successes.
