This year the Campers emerged victorious by thump- ing the Fort Hill Sentinels, 20-0. The crowd went wild with enthusiasm as co-captains Chuck Aronhalt, Rick Cook and Tom Miller led the mighty Campers against their "red and white" rivals. Bob Gaffney and Frank Cawood accounted for the Camper touchdowns. Allegany tied for the CVAL crown and wan the City Title outright. Shewbridge i557 scam- pers for yardage against 1 v ' Alco. CHEERLEADERS Pep, smartness, and glamour epitomize our cheerleaders. They are the twelfth man on the football team and the sixth man on the basketball team. These five girls are school spirit. The game becomes more exciting, the occasion more colorful, the moment more stimulating when the cheerlead- ers flash across the scene. Back of all the glamour are the many tedious practice sessions and the hours of patient work that go into the making of a good cheerleading squad. With the winning of the annual Turkey Day classic the l959-'60 cheerleaders had a most colorful and successful year. 1 1 JV Cheerleaders ' ' I xf VARSITY wx A x S 'xkqloi Ola' S9 E YN ,-Sl.
