The drill team included: Tracy Rose, Penny Akers, Beth Martinez, Cathy Hack, Janice Eldred-Head. Barbara Harland, Vivian Samples, and Theresa Rocha. ntlwsiasrn, Entertaining . . . ajorettes Members of the 1974-75 Maiorette squad were: Martha Horta-Head, Lupe i Castillo, Pat Deanda, Yolanda Speers. and Janette Anderson, Their acting advisor was Mrs. Stevens. The majorettes were yet another squad which added color to many school functions. In band parades and halftime shows these girls provided spirit with their baton-twirling routines. They were also fundamental in rooting activities such as rallies. 180 V Organizations ntron, arching . . ageant Ilirls While our band paraded, the pageant girls were always there to provide style by toting flags to bring up the rear. This device added pageantry and marked the success of the group. This years' pageant girls were: Cheryl Mellick- Head, Joyce Basset, and Velma Buen. Entering in numerous FFA events, the Alisal chapter sent two delegates, Tracie Rose and Debbie Azevedo, to the Regional FFA Templeton and also entered in the King City Fair in livestock judging. President, Craig Andrus, with his fellow officers Chris Brown, David Azevedo, Tracie Rose, Debbie Azevedo, and Jeanette Crites organized the annual King and Queen of Hearts Valentine Dance and the Donkey Basketball game.
