ALISAL TROYER HAVE OUTSTA DI G SEASCN This year the Alisal Troyers, coached by Gary Mortensen and John Romero, started the season With three Wins, one tie, and no losses. Not only were there no losses, but the lightweight defense squad didn't let a point go by them. But as things turned out, with the second half of their season left, the Troyers could only scrape up one win out of four games they played, leaving them with a 4-3-l record. This year's 'liroyer signal caller was senior Albert Mazzuca, who did a fine job for the lightweights. His offense was sparked by the fine running of full-back Mike Banda and the fine blocking of Max I-louser. The defensive squad which was one of the best this year was in the hands of ends, Mike Madriaga and Mike Cushman, tackles, Bob Perez and John Jocobog guards, Soupy Marquez and Adrian De La Torreg linebackers, Robert Rojas and Lex Camanyg halfback, Gabrial Blancog and safety, Jeff Hollis Top Right: Jamboree team captain, Robert Rojas. lyliddlez Great blocking by Mike Banda gives Napoleon lsla running room.
