There were no more freshman jokes or timid questions to ask upper classmen. There were more freedoms and opportunities for everyone. Although classes were harder and scholastic achievement was important for the future, students found time for fun. Time outside school was oc- cupied in various activities from dating to driving and more. Times with friends and fun provided a social life never to be outdone.
