Below: Sharing the job of editors this year were Sue Bergdale and Jane Eilers. Dakota Captures Main Soents For the second consecutive year the school news was printed in our local pa- per. Jane Eilers and Sue Bergdale shared the job of editor. Every other week one of them compiled the school news and as- signed the stories off the beat sheet to the student reporters. After the stories were approved by Advisor Mr. Ptak, they were taken to the paper to be printed in the Alcester Union. At the end of the year. Sue and Jane compiled the news of the important events throughout the 75-76 year and formed the newspaper. The Dakota '76. dinesMace Changed Attending the FHA State Convention at Huron and the Regional meeting at Freeman, was just one of the many events attended by the FHA officers and members. Mrs. Virginia Ericson ad- vised the group and helped them follow through with this year’s theme: ’’You've Come a Long Way. Throughout the year the Future Homemakers of America held the annual Mother-Daughter Banquet, Daddy-Date Night, joint rollar-skating party with the FFA, and a White Elephant sale with the proceeds going to the scholarship fund.
