THE TATTLEB STAFF FIRST ROW D Halstead Music News L Jones Grade News N Hense Editor M Wilson Column B Boddlcker Sports News SECOND HOW D Wassmer Business Manager and Printer Mr Bohr Sponsor P Heefner Assistant Editor E Jones General News The fall of 1953 marked the Tattler s fourth year of publication. With each added year we have strived to make our paper more enjoyable to its readers. The circulation of the Tattler during 1953 has been larger than ever before. One-hundred twenty-eight persons received a school paper bi monthly. Along with the circulation, the advertising has also in creased. Thirty two different business men and women have bought advertising space in the Tattler. At the close of the first semester the staff was very sorry that their editor, Roberta Hite, moved away. Nancy Hense, the assistant editor, then became the new editor. Phyllis Heefner, who was not originally on the staff, was selected to be the new assistant editor. At first the staff was completely lost, but soon the schedule returned to normal. We, the staff, would like to thank the students and the teachers for their fine cooperation. Because of the promptness and encouragement of the teachers, together with the helpfulness of the student body, we feel that we have been able to give you, our readers, a high school paper of which we are justly proud. . f gf I ii, , 5 f Q 4 e . , - A' .
