The Biology club, composed of biology majors and minors maintaining at least a B average, holds monthly round table discussions, with student reports on subjects of interest in the field of science. This year the members have been studying the relationships oi man to his environment. The subjects taken up were the effect ot heredity on man, hormones, glands oi internal secretion, and nutrition. Flutes For the fifth consecutive year the Albion College Band, under the direction of Mr. Conway Peters, toured Michi- gan and Ohio cities with a total of 32 concerts for the two spring trips. In addition, the band gave a concert in chapel and in the high school auditorium previous to the trip, went on both caravans, and made three trips during the football season. Soloists for the spring tour were Robert Souter, Frank lezisek, Robert Saxton, and Maurice Styles. Kathleen Smith took the part of Suza- belle in the skit, with Thomas Andrews as sheriff of Holler Creek. The organization plans to make a trip to the east coast next year.
