S. Navy for twenty-eight years, nineteen of which he has spent with the Fleet at sea. During World War II Chief DeHART saw action in the Pacific Theater aboard the USS Capps DD 550 and the USS David W. Taylor DD 551. Serving aboard the USS Rochester CL 124 during the KoreanConflict, Chief DeHART took part in both the Inchon landings and the historic evacuations of South Koreans from that same port city. Chief DeHART serves aboard Albany as the Chief Master at Arms. He has been nominated to fill the newly created bill t 9 Of Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Chief of Naval Personnel.
