Excitement and exhaustion, the car bash, the pep rally, the skits, and the bonfire were mere introductions to the tension soon to prevail at the home- coming game against the Nazareth- Swifts. An ease of tension was brought about by the sure victory over the Swifts the first half of the game. Half- time climaxed the anticipated arrival of Queen Mary Sue Brandt and her Court. After the coronation the Mustangs proceeded to the final victory by a score of 36-0. The Queen and her Court with their escorts: Kevin Wilhelm, Mike Hunt, Jimmy Albracht, Mike Dunn, Pete Castro. Court before that deciding moment. Queen receives congratulatory kiss.
